Compatibility

  • macOS only (Windows is not supported)

Installation

  1. Download the .lrplugin package.
  2. In Lightroom Classic: File → Plug-in Manager…
  3. Click Add, select the .lrplugin, then Enable it.
  4. The presets will appear in File → Export… under the CarouselKit Lite section.

How to use

  1. Go to File → Export…
  2. Choose a Carousel Kit Lite preset.
  3. Review any optional settings (quality, watermark, metadata, output folder).
  4. Click Export.

Troubleshooting

I don’t see the presets

  • Make sure the plugin is Enabled in Plug-in Manager.
  • Restart LR Classic after installing/updating the plugin.
  • Verify you installed the .lrplugin folder (not just the files inside it).

Export sizes don’t match what I expect

  • Check if another export preset overrides resizing/output settings.
  • Confirm you’re selecting the Carousel Kit Lite preset in the export dialog (not a different saved preset).

macOS security warning

  • If macOS blocks the plugin, allow it in System Settings → Privacy & Security, then reopen LR Classic.
